In addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, we will be happy to refund the purchase product price or exchange your product provided:
The goods must returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
The goods are accompanied by the original receipt issued at the time of purchase
The goods are in an original, unopened and re-sellable condition (Restocking fees may apply)
The goods are standard stock items (that is, items which have not been custom made, cut to size, ordered to meet a specific requirement or modified for purpose)

Important: The cost of the original freight and associated costs with returning an online product will have to be paid by you, unless the returned product is assessed as being faulty, damaged or not as described / fit for purpose.

The Internet is not always a secure method of transmitting information. Accordingly, Next Level Technical Motorsport Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the Internet or for any unauthorized access or use of that information.
We generally freight via a few different postage and handling methods depending on product and destination: Most commonly using Australia Post Registered Express service.
All items dispatched will require a signature on delivery and if you choose to waive the need to sign on delivery then you the customer accepts full responsibility and liability for the items as soon as they have been dispatched.
All Australian Metro area orders are usually delivered within 2 business days and calculated once the item is dispatched. Please keep in mind it may take longer to reach some rural areas such as NT and WA allow an extra 3-5 days for delivery to these areas.
Orders are shipped daily on weekdays (excluding public holidays in VIC). All orders placed after 11:45am AEST, will be dispatched the following business day.
Please ensure that you check the delivery address details are correct when placing order, so that it can be accurately and efficiently delivered. Delivery must be signed for so with this in mind we suggest an address where someone will be available to sign during business hours. If multiple delivery attempts are made with no one available to sign re-delivery fees may apply.
